Mother moon watched

above a luscious blue sea

together my love and I soar

head smoothly through shadows

but stop as red sun shows

  1. I caught a photo of a moon-set early on morning – and if I had been quick enough, could have snapped a flock of birds rising from the lake like a jet take-off.

Your photo catches it all – well done.
