Hawk Haiku

This is for Frank’s Hawk Haiku challenge.

Daydreaming while washing dishes—windows of the mind. I look out through the cold glass pane to the world.

hawk perches on bare branch

stillness charged with energy

rabbit sees no more

  1. Boo. Poor rabbit. So not boo to the poem, but boo to the bunny’s end. Great shot! We have hawks here. They looks so large, so I am always surprised when I read online how they are not really very big at all.
