Moon-glow Memories

Welcome home

the glow said to me–

weary from

work and time

dragging me down. But light

keeps shadows at bay–

memories, they stay,

in moonlit places–

yet faces,

dark creatures

still slither into my dreams–

till dawn, and I’m free—

moon-glow memories

dance the way we did

remember?

Hand-in-hand

we moved, kissed, together said

words of love, now gone.

  1. Oh, I love how you brought us round from potential horror to lovely memories.
And Shadorma, eh? Course I had to look it up… Do they have variations on the syllable count? I am constantly learning from you!

  2. I really like your blog. A pleasure to come stroll on your pages. A great discovery and very interesting blog. I come back to visit you. Do not hesitate to visit my universe. A soon 🙂
