First Morning of Spring

For a couple of weeks each year, I have a spring meadow.

 

Spring slips through the mist

silent, save the susurration of wind and river

flowing to and from the sea–

a crow calls, then another–

the daffodils dance

  1. Funny. Yours is the third post today I’ve liked and commented on an it hasn’t stuck. Wonder if this will….
    I love those slipping s sounds, and the daffodil dance πŸ™‚ The neighbour with the sheep still has some left but ours finished weeks ago.
